Coloring Your Selves

Colors have an effect on the Lower self whether one knows this or not. Learning to use color consciously can enhance your Lower self's functioning and build a bridge between the Middle and Lower Selves. When getting dressed ask your Lower Self what colors would be beneficial to wear that day. Which metals or gemstones would be best? Many decisions you make are intuitive at the Lower Self level, but it will work better if you do it with both intuition and consciousness. Color can be individual, but here are some ideas.

Blue promotes deep thinking and meditative states. Light blue is soothing. Navy blue and lapis promote attention to your job and discipline. Indigo links the soul with the God realm.

Gold raises the overall vibration and energy and increases abundance consciousness.

Green assists in healing the body and dispels a poverty mentality. A true emerald green is best for this purpose. Forest green help you rest mentally. Light green or lime promotes optimism and helps you look forward to a bright future. Avocado green help you speak your truth and be outgoing and assertive.

Amer infuses the aura with radiance and warmth.

Orange is a stimulating, clarifying color to the Lower Self.

Pink is the vibration of love. It strengthens your willingness to love and be loved. Pink coral is balancing.

Purple raises the spiritual vibration. Deep purple give you spiritual strength. Lilac connects you with higher power and unseen forces. Magenta encourages deep spiritual healing.

Red stimulates the Lower Self and enhances energy and sexuality. Red can be intensely positive or intensely negative. Ruby red raises physical energy. Light red clarifies the emotions.

Silver transforms negativity and keep the mind elevated

Turquoise is a universally uplifting color that neutralizes negative energy while it provides grounding on the physical level.

Yellow gathers together disparate energy and scattered thought patterns.

Blank and White are subject to the intention of the individual. In general, wearing black protects the Lower Self from over stimulation from the outside ( which is why its' worn a lot in cities) and white expands the sense of self.

Blue and Red aids in accomplishment on the physical plane (work-related, material, financial). These are good colors to wear when starting a new business or enterprise.

Gold and silver combines spirituality with physical grounding and is a powerful combination in both colors and metals.

Green and Gold promotes loving in a responsible way.

Purple and green encourages feelings of happiness and sensuality.

Red and green is a statement of individuality and brings balance to the physical body.

Red and Yellow indicate boldness and power. These were the color of the Hawaiian royalty.

It is best to avoid muddy colors, those in which different colors have been mixed to excess and to have a repertoire of colors that you love in your closet for different needs.

Color can also provide a key to your energy level and your mental state. If you find yourself choosing black a lot, you may be overstimulated by the outside world. Pay attention to your Lower Self's need to spend time alone and rest. If you choose red often, your physical energy many be low because you are trying to do too many things. Work at simplifying your schedule and building you mana.

When choosing colors for your clothes or your home, ignore what is in fashion and select what pleases you. Involve your Lower Self in the decision. When decorating your home, avoid wall colors that are too stimulating to the Lower Self, and rather choose gentle colors that promote a sense of comfort and rest. To add excitement to a room where social activities take place, display colorful art works. Always be aware that your Lower Self is affected by what it sees on a daily basis. Surround yourself with positive visions that speak to your soul.

Most of all, enjoy the colors. Enjoy the rainbow!

The Bridge

In the past I have had many lucid dreams of crossing a bridge. It was always scary. I was always a passenger in a car, observing and as we would approach the middle of the bridge there was always a huge body of water that the vehicle had to go through. Part of the road was submersed under water, but as you looked forward you could see the other end rising up. Not being the driver, I would have to brace myself as whomever in the dream would bolt on through. I would always awaken at the point of hitting the water, and never seeing whether we made it through to the other side. This dream was one of the most fearful dreams I have ever had and recurring as well. Each time I would intend to experience this dream differently with less fear, but each time it was just as terrifying as the first. It seemed as if the dream were telling me, you must cross, you must have faith, and you must trust, all things we think we already have.

In the present, we are crossing a bridge, a bridge to a new world. Some are anyway, and a bridging into a very wonderful world, the one we remember, yet we aren't sure who will make it across, and in our darkest times, whether we will make it across. I wondered if this is how we felt going through our own birthing process and our bridging into this reality.

The consciousness shift feels like a death of sorts, a dying to our own doubt which has hidden our magnificence for so many eons. I don't think death is really what one fears, its the in between, the unknown, the space where there is still consciousness and the space where the light has not shown through. It is the silence and darkness within the wave, which can be peaceful but without sight.

We hear these days about staying out of fear, yet, fear has brought me to some of my clearest awareness's. It's okay to be afraid. It can be a catalyst for moving through to the other side. I don't think many are being real when they say they are not afraid. It's okay to be afraid, for in fear we sit still and listen to our inner most wisdom of our heart and our expanded communications. I know some would not agree with me.

I feel myself to be a very aware being, and my connection with source strong and my communication have led me strongly, yet I still have my spreads of doubt on different days surface even though I know this is an illusion, a very real illusion.

The bridge in its beauty carries and connects our beginnings and our ends and yet we hold tightly to the rail, others are prompted to look over the edge, or hold their breath when crossing until their feet are planted safely on firm grounding. We may have the need to look back after crossing to take in the awe and our experience, but one thing is known in all consciousnesses we all must cross, we all must cross.
